Payroll Services

Our payroll only prices are based on your payroll frequency and number of employees. Service costs range from $84 per month for one employee (semi-monthly or bi-weekly payroll) to just under $1,000 for up to 150 employees (semi-monthly or bi-weekly payroll.) If you also need bookkeeping services, please take a look at our bookkeeping service or consider our basic business or business builders service program. We also offer Catch-Up payroll services. These services include filing of past-due payroll reports (941, 940, DE9/C, DE7, OQ, 5208A/B, Workers Compensation, L&I, etc.) as well as filing amended payroll reports (941c, W2c, etc.). If you have been doing your payroll by hand, or you had someone processing your payroll and now are left with spreadsheets, we can help you upgrade to processing payroll online or though your accounting software.
