Starter Program (Starting at $700 per month compare to $834 if purchased separately)

The Starter Program is designed for business that are just starting out and need someone to guide them in navigating the complicated maze of the business world.  This program includes:

  • Bookkeeping Services (Basic Bookkeeping)

    • Accounts Payable

      • Enter the bills

      • Record vendor payments in the books

    • Accounts Receivable  

      • Record sales / invoices in the books

      • Record customer deposits in the books

    • Bank and Credit Card Accounts

      • Reconciliation

    • Payroll - twice a month for one employee

      • Process payroll (including garnishments, retirement plan contribution deductions, cafeteria plan deductions)

      • Print paystub (print paycheck optional)

      • Prepare deduction remittance information

        • Garnishments

        • Retirement plan contribution

        • Payroll taxes / insurance

  • Consulting Services - Five hours per month available at a discount

    • Consulting services are available for an array of different hourly services including filling out reports (insurance reports, workers compensation reports, sales and use tax report, B&O report, regulatory reports, etc.) insurance audits (liability, workers compensation, etc.)  These hourly services may also be used to develop budgets, forecasts, or other business related reports.  When you need help, just ask.  For a partial list of additional consulting services, see below.)

 

Basic Business Program (Starting at $1,050 per month compare to $1,297 if purchased separately)

The Basic Business Program is designed for business that are past the initial phase of starting a business, but still need a little help here an there.  This business has started to grow, has a few clients and continuing to develop core competencies.  This program includes:

  • Bookkeeping Services (Full Bookkeeping)

    • Accounts Payable

      • Enter the bills  

      • Pay the bills

      • Record vendor payments in the books

    • Accounts Receivable  

      • Billing / invoicing customers

      • Make collections calls as needed

      • Record sales / invoices in the books

This is especially important for credit card receipts and other receipts printed on thermal paper as they fade over time. The IRS accepts digital archives of receipts and documents in lieu of the original.
