Tena believes in
life long learning and is currently enrolled in an MBA program focusing
on sustainable business and accounting. Tena
has had the attitude and determination to complete three associates
degrees and two bachelors degrees. Tena is also studying to become an Enrolled Agent and expects to complete her studies in late August, which would ensure she would have her license for the 2011 tax year.
Tena
is always up to trying new things. The combination of a love for life long
learning and being 'up to a challenge' make her the perfect person to be CEO of
this company. TLC
Business Solutions is all about helping people face challenges and win!
The desire to help others
is what motivates Tena. When TLC Business Solutions was opened in early 2000,
Tena's motivation was to provide help to business owners by troubleshooting
problems, streamlining processes, and coming up with other innovative ideas to
help others succeed.
In June
of 2011, TLC Business Solutions, LLC. was formed in the state of
Washington as a wholly owned subsidiary of Innovative
Strategic Business Solutions, Inc. of Oregon to provide bookkeeping, payroll and
consulting services. Tena decided in light of the financial disaster, others would be best served if she offered her knowledge and expertise to others
focusing on sustainable growth for the company.
